I'm going to an anything but clothes party. I had a bunch of beer boxes sitting around and so i decided to take the easy route of making a Beer knight costume.

I have made a skirt/kilt thing, wrist guards, and a helmet. I was planning on making some sort of shoulder pieces out of pic related. Any tips on the best way to do this? I was thinking of running string through the slits and around my arm. They will most likely move around some though and was hoping you guys had ideas.
