Without being a creep how do you compliment a lady’s cord? Is it OK to approach? Not looking for gf or stalking anybody out, there’s a girl that’s comes to the museum I work at every other week or so and seems to be chaperoning young children. I’ve wanted to say something but I never get the opportunity to engage her.
