Any ideas on how to approach this? My present approach is to wrap my head in plastic wrap and duck tape to make a form fitting pattern from which to create a foam helmet and use foam clay to make the horns.

With this approach, I'm worried about it staying on my head, the space between my head and the helmet being way too obvious, and not being able to find paint for the foam that matches whatever facepaint I'll end up getting.
