So I want to make the head-dress for Leona from league of Legends. I'm thinking of using just plain cardboard for it but use dimensions and all that to make it a lot better and using that one weapons tutorial to make it look real - unless someone has another suggestion.

My question is, how would I keep the middle section like, attached to me? I can think of sticking a bobby pin onto the back and sliding it into my hair but I can't really think of anything.

Any suggestions?
