Ok but imagine this. Someone is selling 2 completely identical dresses, one is bought directly from the brand the other is a replica bought secondhand becuase they wanted to learn how to tell the difference to warn people. For fun let's say the price is the same. They both get sold and are accidentally switched up. Did the replica become the original?

Or what if AP have actually sold the leftover to the factory, so it isn't illegal anymore?

That being said, I don't understand how people can knowingly wear replicas and not feel weird about it.
