I feel like it doesn't matter much, seeing as they're both just trying to imitate the ideal university/high school style. Though I tend to like nanchatte a tad bit more simply because I can wear my baby pinks.

It's very bland. The shoes don't match the dress as it is now. I'd suggest looking at emiii-chan on blogspot for simpler himekaji styled coordinates. taskin-illusion and lolita-next-door are also good.
