Huh! I wonder how they'd do with priming in white and then painting on pink?

If I'm wearing a coord with black, I wear my black character shoes from back when I did musicals. If they can stand me tapdancing for hours, I can walk around a city or convention in them just fine.

I took them to a cobbler and had them put street treads on them (I had leather soles for the stage). I wear them regularly and have had them for I think five years now. They're comfier than any other shoe I own, not just heels.

Seconding the boots thing. I usually wear heels though. My favorites are some dance heels, character shoes. They're comfy as fuck. I had to get rubber soles put onto them, though, since they had leather soles. I originally bought them for theater, so that was intentional. I don't know if they sell them with rubber soles now. But it cost me like 15 dollars at the cobbler, and I think I've had them for 5+ years now. Love those goddamn things.
