It strikes me as a Monster Hunter design, but I'm not entirely sure; it's been a while since I played.

As for me, it's my first time making a 'mascot suit' kind of cosplay, and I figured I'd do Bill Cipher because he's a pretty simple design. Does anyone have any tips?

Also, is EVA foam fine to make it with, or should I use Worbla/something else?
