/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Hello, /cgl/. I'm interested in cosplaying as Samurai Flamenco for an upcoming convention, however, there are no pre-made costumes out there for me to buy, and, at the same time, I don't have nearly enough skill or time to make a SamFlam costume on my own. However, I have large amounts of disposable cash at the same time, so I went ahead and Googled anime cosplay commissions and looked around for a good long while, but I have no idea who to trust and who not to trust, especially since I'll be giving them a hefty amount of money to do this. So that's why I've come to you:

I apologize if this offends anybody's sensibilities, but I was hoping you guys could tell me about some of the better costume commissioners, so that I could figure out who I'd like to give my money to so they can make a costume for me.

Trying to do a Samurai Flamenco cosplay. I found the exact helmet he uses, just need to find the headphones and sentai/kamen rider belt he uses.

Also need help on how to do the suit.
