I had mixed feelings. It was really clear that they tried hard to make it better and put a lot of effort into it but there were a lot of issues.

It seemed a bit scattered and not the best organized. Half of the attendents were in some kind of lolita while the rest wore normie clothes. One of the girls who spoke was a bit quiet but I didn't wanna be the person yelling "SPEAK UP" because it felt like a rude thing to do. There were very few people going around serving and they apparently had to constantly run from the panel to water fountains to get water for the kettle. The visibility/layout was awful which made it hard to see the models and people in the coord contest. The coord contest was also a bit uncomfortable. There were a bunch of great ones but then there was literal milanoo and replicas being paraded around, it was kind of cringe. The fashion show was really awkward and seemed like it was thrown together very last minute. There was no music so it was painfully quiet and of the two designers only one showed lolita. The other was some flavor of generic Jfash-inspired clothes which I, personally, thought looked terrible.

Organizers, if you're reading this, please take note. Lolita Crush had bumps because of the new management and I understand this. If you take anything away from my little rant I'd say this:
>More structure in the schedule as opposed to awkwardly having 3 things going on at once
>Put more thought into the fashion show. At least have music ffs so it's not super awkard
>Square away what you need for serving food and tea
>Try getting more volunteers next time around (I know you can't do a ton about this, maybe try getting the local comm itself involved)
>Keep panel content lolita related please, other jfashion participants can attend and stuff but it's LOLITA Crush not J-Fashion Crush

Like honestly I appreciate the effort but it was a bit awkward. If there wasn't free food and tea I probably would've bailed early...
