>placed an order with Honeycolor a month and a half ago
>gets caught by customs
>kept for weeks with no notice
>finally get update
>"please contact DHL"
>get told customs denied my package and is going to return it to Honeycolor
>not even supposed to contact Honeycolor until I get an official letter from customs
>No contacts, might not get refund, missed BF sales on different sites

I don't understand. I've ordered from Uniqso no problem, I've had friends who have ordered from Honeycolor. I have no idea how this happened and I'm so frustrated and I have no idea if they're even gonna honor this and return my money. Man.
