Oh, hey! I remember these threads.
I'm excited to see that this contest is still around.
Hopefully this theme will draw out some cosplayers as well as the J-fashion crowd, I'm sure there are some well-constructed sets of wings just waiting to be put to use.
Just out of curiousity, is the contest limited to females only? I know in the past the themes have been pretty girly but I feel like this one is less gender-specific.
And CB, thanks for putting in the time and effort to host these. I'm happy that you've decided it's worth putting together a third round. I remember when these started everyone said they'd end in a spectacular bonfire of butthurt à la the /Cgl/ Aidoru contest. I'd like to think the naysayers have been proven wrong.

Have you received the tights? Do you have a picture of how they look?
I'm about to place a Taobao order but it's getting a bit pricey and I need to take a few items off. I want to order the tights, but I want to see how they look on a none Taobao model first.
