No. Wearing contacts with BCs that are far different from your prescribed BC can cause permanent damage to your eyes. Just because the shops you buy from don't have BC options doesn't mean that you should just wear them anyways. Those lenses all have specific BCs which need to be taken into account when purchasing them.

I wear toric lenses and they work just fine albeit having color/design limitations.

"Sucking it up" just to wear the nice designs is really, really stupid Do not give this kind of advice to anyone. They can potentially cause permanent damage to their eyes.
