Is vinyl able to be painted on? I'm kind of learning as I go for this so I was planning to maybe get white vinyl and then paint on the coloring if I could.
Pic is what it looks like worn, it's not too bad but Marina would definitely have to have more fluff. That and I was thinking of maybe adding a short white wig underneath as a way to make it look more connected to the head if that makes sense?

It almost looks like how pleated skirts look, it might be good to find a sewing tut for that and go off of that.
