Yes I am because you are arguing skin tone is not important and doesn't effect the quality or accuracy of a cosplay. If that is what you believe it shouldn't matter what the skin tone is, thus here is a picture of two people cosplaying Kneesocks.

And by your standards they should both be equally accurate since the only major difference is skin tone. Right?
