I've been catcalled, followed, and had my car broken in to twice. Stay away from any of the ward areas, montrose, the heights, and the galleria area around evening to dark. Houston is the #1 sex trafficking capital for a reason. Stay safe, just go to Katy and the arts/theater district if you want to visit the city lol and bring a weapon just in case.
