The holster is the same one I mentioned for Dok and Cav, the gloves are something like this https://www.amazon.com/Military-Tactical-Fingerless-Airsoft-Motorcycle/dp/B00QLZR3QW but with a hole cut out around the knuckles, the Grzmot holsters are custom but these would work https://www.evike.com/products/72763/ (You could also make your own if you have a knife and a toaster oven since kydex is really easy and forgiving to work with. Check out some guides on Youtube if you're interested.) and some sort of leg panel that's sewn into the leggings like this https://www.evike.com/products/77178/, and the jacket looks to be custom with a generic urban camo pattern (but she also uses Gepard, wz89, and wz2000 with the latter being pretty popular with other Ela cosplayers.
The leggings are going to have to be custom with perhaps making a design and having them printed from a company like redbubble (although you would lose out on the shiny appearance), or you could simply look around with terms like "Hexagon/honeycomb leggings"
