/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Im a guy so its safe to assume that I do not, and have never used a needle and sewing kit(outside of patching up my pants, that one time) so I'm gonna have someone commission this cloak for me instead of making a shitheap rag.

how much would a decent one cost me? is it easy enough that any worthwhile cosplay maker can do it?

dunno what youd consider a fair price for it, I imagine its 50 bucks tops.
