Personally, I find it irritating that nowadays everything has to be picture perfect because it might end up on a blog. But more than that, it irritates me that everything costs money. I used to be a loli and a shopping addict, so I quit. Sold all my burando and went thrifting. Now I'm a mori girl. And you know what? I buy just as much stuff.

>sewing? Shell out for sewing machine, good thread, fabric, equipment
>gardening? Buy pots, soil, fertilizer, watering can, chicken wire
>Camping? Buy all that equipment
>Photography? Spend money on lens and entry-level SLR, or worse - film and developing
