I really like how your peridot is turning out so far and can't wait to see how it all looks together! especially your fingers, I really love them they look soo good. I'm glad you still have a lot of time so you won't have to rush it. I'm the other peridot btw and like if you have any questions about anything feel free to ask because I ended up learning a bunch of stuff through trial and error that I kinda wish I knew beforehand ahahaha..

Yeah, I'm pretty confident that I have an idea that will work and it pretty much just involves a bunch of foam (and MAYBE a harness if I decide to make the lower part of the wig a separate piece for weight distribution's sake) and I'll post a bunch of pics and I guess sell the wig after because I don't actually have plans to cosplay Rose. I really just want to make all the crazy SU wigs because Pearl and Peridot were fun as hell.

Thanks! Here are some shots I took of the wig while working on it. I don't have a picture of the finished one though and I don't have the wig in my possession at the moment so I can't take one but you aren't really missing much. I used fabric glue to attach all the wefts. I'll be remaking it when I am able to get a new wig and I guess I will make a more in depth tutorial when I do that. Also, the texture of the wig there is weird not because of the fabric glue (I think) but because I had to dye a white wig with acrylic paint and fabric softener after nothing else was making it dark enough and it made the texture pretty gross and clumpy. It should normally look much nicer than that.

Still mad that the wig I originally ordered for this ended up being the completely the wrong color :T
