I just got back from a 2 week stay in Tokyo, and my friend and I put together ita bags while we were there (starting from scratch). I saw a TON of ita bags while I was there (mostly Sports boys and UtaPri). I wish I was more outgoing and had asked for pictures of some of them.

Approximately ¥22,000 (~$180).

>how much did you estimate / plan on spending when you first started the bag?
It was one of my main purchase goals in Japan, so I had no planned budget.

>do you feel like it's worth it?
Absolutely, I love this thing.

>what are the portions of what was spent on merch and your bag?
My bag was ¥5,000, rest is merch.

>do you mostly have official merch, fanmade or a mix of both?
I have 1 fanmade keychain, everything else is official.

>did you make your own bag, buy one or did you customise something that you bought?
Bought. I got lucky; this was my dream bag that I had seen on these threads before, and the UtaPri Shining Store where I bought it was literally a stone's throw from my apartment.

>have you used it, and did anyone say anything to you?
I used it for 1 day in Tokyo, but didn't hear anyone saying anything. My friend carried her's for 2 days and we heard a few girls talking about it. I haven't carried it out in America yet.
