I would like to hear other people's input, particularly regarding if the fur collar is a good idea, what headpiece I could use for this,whether or not the bolero looks good with this dress

I was also wondering if grimoire tights, particularly Verum Dr. le Dossier de Gilbert Tights, work with this dress or would it look bad? I have the idea of putting some brooches on the fur collar (and I could put a brooch on the collar of the blouse if I decide to not wear the fur collar), but I'm not sure what it should look like
