Aw fuckedy fuck. I opened a case for refund and said "Hey, my item shipped January 24th, it's now February 27th (max arrival date was the 26th) and no shoes. I also checked your recent reviews and a lot of people say their items have not arrived either. Please refund me for my item."

And this is what I just got back overnight:

I'm definitely NOT closing the case because once I do, that's it. I can't reopen it when the replacement set of shoes don't get delivered and ask for a refund then. By now I don't even really want the shoes but I always do feel like an ass turning out a solution in favor of going "No, gimme my money" because I know I ordered right before CNY and I just got a buttload of packages yesterday from the CNY madness (about eight of them all together) so what they're saying might actually be true.

I think I'm going to wait on answering until the mail arrives today and if there still isn't any of my shoes, I'll ask them if they could send the replacement with tracking because of their bad feedback. If they refuse I'll just straight up ask for a refund or wait until March 4th when eBay can step in.

After that I went to Bath & Body Works to get bath gifts for family and sanitizer gifts for convention friends

>flock of half a dozen 50+ year old ladies surrounding the new 'Kitchen Lemon' scent soaps
>one lady has at least ten of them in her bag
>VIP totes as far as the eye can see
>woman using winter themed room spray tester stinks up half the store
>cue coughing fits and people covering their noses/mouths while shop girls try to joke it off as "Don't you just love our new holiday scent?"
>queues for the register despite three registers being open

Only good thing about the experience was I had a 'Have $10 Order, Get 1 Free Item' coupon and a 'Get $10 Off $30 Order' coupon.

So I ended up getting seven items worth $68 for $22 without tax. I'll take godawful tree scents for an hour any day if I save $46 on Christmas gifts.
