This is a new item from Stars Rainbow (that Taobao store that sells the Galaxy seifuku). It is good quality and looks just like the picture. I bought it hoping I might be able to wear it but I am much too tall for it. I am 5'9". The whole back is shirring so it can really stretch. I am not sure exactly how much I payed for it but it was over 30 with the shipping fees. So maybe $25 shipped in the US?
