What kind of coat is this? I thought it was something that was just unique to a specific anime, but then I saw it in another anime, so I guess it's a specific type you can buy.

It's a long, knee(?)-length coat with hooks instead of buttons that I guess are supposed to resemble animal fangs. So what's it called?
