I'm looking for a similar blouse, it's a pretty simple design so must be easy but I can't seem to find any.
What I look for exactly is:

I hear L527 runs large. I like it in off-white but they're out of m. Should I risk it and get L or pass? My bust is 88cm and my waist is 70cm

The blouse is L527.

I heard that blouse L527 is pretty decent, anyone own it?
I brought some blouses from bodyline in the past which turned out to be really bad.

I want to start otome but i'm unsure about blouses. No collar lolita blouses like this would work in a spaghetti strap jsk?Or better i buy a simple peter pan blouse? I don't know much which blouses would be good enough for otome.

With that dress I think you need a cuter and less shiny shoe. In size 250 you can do pair 192, 300 or 260 without the pom pom. For blouses I found 527 to be quite good quality and very comfortable. 015 looks like it'd be cute but I don't own it so I can vouch for comfort/quality.
