I am a little obsessed with irregular choice shoes. I think the blazer is a tad long, but that was the only thing I could find in the right colour and I think it lets everything else be exciting. I've given a few options that would work better with either pair of shoes - I think the bracelet is better with the pair on the left because icecream motif, but the donut earrings are cute with the shoes on the right. I wish I could find a donut bag though.

I think you could go with ivory or offwhite (whatever the background colour of the skirt is) and add pink or olive shoes/hair flowers, that way you don't have to have the exact matching colour as they aren't right up by each other.

Ivory/white chiffon or lace blouse? Forever21 has a nice top with lace details on it, and if you want it to be more blouse-like you could easily get a detachable collar and wrist cuffs in a similar tulle lace.
