Honestly that's the cringiest part of the picture for me. Like it isn't enough that one person could be so hideous, they have to be damn irritating too. The names in parentheses are just him trying to lord the fact that he knows Yoko isn't a first or last name, but a title - which is especially dumb since that's been pointed out to everyone currently in the fandom at some point or another.
