I need help gulls. My sunscreen pills no matter what and I’m so exhausted.

AM routine so far is 1st cleanser, 2nd cleanser, hydrating toner, essence and no moisturizer at the moment since i feel like it makes the pilling worse. My skin type is normal.

i’ve tried waiting 30 mins to an hour and it still doesn’t help. I’ve tried rubbing it in and patting it in. Nothing. Should i try switching sunscreens or applying less moisturizing product beforehand? I’m using Etude House Mild Watery Light, before that my first sunscreen was Biore Watery Essence and i had the same problem but a bit less as this one.
My sunscreen choices are limited as i have dark skin
