/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I'm probably gonna cosplay Zhao Yun in his armor from DW6 but can't get a good look of his right shoulder.
It sort of looks like a lion but it's difficult to tell.
Also suggestions on materials I could use?

I've been thinking of Worbla but i've also heard that wonderflex and/or craft foam should be good.
