/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Hey guys! It's my first time here, but I need some help with a costume so I thought I'd get your expertise.

I's making a costume for haloween, I want to be a Nazgul but I'm only 5'2. I don't want to be the shortest Nazgul in Mordor so I borrowed a friends newrock boots (plat formed and heeled) but I only makes me about average height. I want to raise the shoulders of my costume to make myself look toweringly tall, kind of how the do on headless horseman costumes. I've looked all over the net for a place where I can just by the shoulder components but no juice. I tried to find a tutorial on how to make them and got the same results.

Any one have any tips/tricks/tutorials for me please? Would be crazy appreciated.
