So I have a peacoat question, but it's not totally lolita related.

Where do girls find good quality pea coats that are form fitting? Every peacoat i see in stores is so bulky and frumpy looking. I was something cute and classy, like pic related.

this is more for normal-fag wear, but cgl has good taste so I want to ask here.
