For myself at least, I clicked the dropdown for my table and hit submit, but then the page refreshed and said that it was in my cart, but also brought me back to the same drop down(it didn't move on to the hold screen). So I selected again, and again it was in my cart, but then the page refreshed and it was unavailable. Like the system gave me the same table at the same time as someone else and then updated itself to fix the mistake, taking my table.
