Even though price isn't a thing.
Skill is.

>Solaire
Probably the easiest of the bunch where the helmet is the hardest part, but don't go buying some helmet that doesn't even look the part, it ruins the entire thing. Also I suggest stenciling a sun and using an airbrush, that's what I did (pic related to my Solaire)

>NCR ranger
You need to have the helmet down 100% because since it's the most iconic part, if its off then the whole cosplay is off. I've seen people with just swat helmet and gas gasmask... looks like shit.

>T-45d power armor
Same with NCR ranger, you need the helmet down. The rest of the armor will take some time to get right so this one will be very time consuming.

>GrayFox
Unless you've done armor that perfectly fits onto you without being cumbersome then I'd not recommend this.. hell I wouldn't even know where to start with this one

Sorry if i'm being overzealous, you said price isn't a thing and that holds a lot of people back (that and time & effort) from doing some neat things.

Also it depends on your own abilities/experience , if you've never done anything close to this before try not to do something big expecting first attempt success so PROTOTYPE, PROTOTYPE, PROTOTYPE! especially with armor so save up your cardboard!

As for suggestions I can't really give any because large projects like armor require that you LOVE the character you want to be so you can go through the slog of making it.
