Fucking hell, it's so tiresome
This isn't the first time I've had problems with taobaotrends either, lately it's always something, and last order they completely missed to order a blouse and dress that I ordered? And didn't tell me until I was ready to pay for shipping

Anyways, I'm gonna try to decide on what other ss to use... Just a warning that taobaotrends is kind of unprofessional, and though I've had good experience with them in the past, I don't think I would recommend them anymore

Someone I know recently started getting into lolita fashion (partially because I inspired her) and now she has sorta started making it into a competition.
The last time she spoke to me it was her asking me about the last lolita event I went to and then not really listening and just going on and on about all the different things she plans on buying. And then when I told her I was on a buying freeze she still sent me like 2 or 3 different things like, "oh anon you should buy this! oh wait just kidding. oh well we could have twinned!"
It kinda feels like I'm being a dick about someone who is excited but the way she words things just rubs me the wrong way.

Very recently she was telling me about how she is planning on buying Antoinette Princess (which she keeps referring to as the wrong name) and its taking all of my effort to be excited. It seems like shes buying it for the fact that its expensive instead of because she likes the dress.

I really need to vent and its only mildly cosplay related. I'm sorry.

I join a cosplay discord, but we of course talk about anime shit and rp. I feel like I am being pushed further away from the main discord. I don't want to bring it up that I am feeling isolated because 'stop being so needy. stranger on the internet doesn't owe you shit.' So I keep quiet as people have more fun when I am 'away' then when I am 'online'.


recently they made a discord for a topic I express interest in. Voice that I am interested in the topic. don't get the invite anyway. >ouch.
Log off and cried about it. Log back on and pretend it didn't hurt at all.

I just needed a platform to vent about this, because I feel like there no one in the group I can safely express myself with that won't eventually make it awkward for everyone else. Esp. since I do want to stay in this discord despite some of the emotional distress.

Probably because her costumes are a bit more intricate, so you can't really skimp out on that much and still be recognizable, while with Junkrat you can basically put on a blonde wig, half assed arm prop and smear shit on your face and call it a day

Also, I think a lot fake bois are attracted to Junkrat for some reason. Not sure why.
Not even gonna go into detail about all the Junkrat "kins" out there..
