If you want useful advice you're going to need to be much more specific. What sort of costume are you looking for? How much detail do you care about - do you need a full shirt or is a dickie okay, are you fine with providing your own footwear, do you know how to style a wig?
You're linking to sites with hundreds or thousands of costumes, not all of them are going to be "FANCY, High QUALITY, PROfessional, DELUXE" even if the storefront is trustworthy.

I can vouch for HalloweenCostumes.com (and sister site Fun.com) being generally good quality. But you need to read the description and look at photos and reviews to see what you want and why the price changes.
For instance, look at these three Jack costumes - as the price goes up, you get more accessories and the clothing gets a little nicer (more cotton and less 100% polyester). Any of these are great for "handing out presents to trick-or-treaters" or "will only be seen onstage from dozens of yards away". But even at the $150 mark it's still a mass-produced costume (lacking a wig and boots!) that's not going to look like you just stepped off the set of the movies.
