They approached each table individually at A-kon. They just didn't bother me, just looked everything over, but I know they asked the table next to me to take down one print because it had a name on it. My table partner sells pic related, and they had to talk it over for a bit. Apparently, had he been selling them in the dealer hall, they'd make him remove them immediately, but because their Artist Alley rules are more lenient, and because technically it wasn't a trademarked logo (yet? They were ambiguous about it, but they made it sound like it could become an issue in the future) they told him he could continue selling them.
