I know little to nothing about lolita fashion and where to get it, but I need to find a pair of shoes that are similar to the ones in the pic (disregarding the ankle accessories).

I looked through the sticky links and I couldn't find anything I really liked. Could you help me out /cgl/?

Can you seagulls help me figure out how I should do the end of the sleeves on her cardigan and on the middle of her dress?

I really want a clean cut but I'm just not sure how to go about it. If you guys got persona cosplays to post that would be cool too.
