A replica is an EXACT copy of the original art. This is redrawn, new art that is clearly meant to evoke the design of MS, but not a replica. Knockoff or "inspired by" is the correct term. Same category as this CTP knockoff dress.

It might be a morally grey area but in legal terms, it's not illegal and not considered theft.

BTW, even straight up actual replicas aren't banned on COF so idk why you are shocked it's up.
