Hey guys, I'm trying to put together a lolita panel for an upcoming convention. I found this pic on google images, and I've been trying on and off for about forty minutes trying to reverse image search it but it seems like an older, popular image that's been reposted thousands of times. When I use google reverse search, I get tons of pinterest links. I did try to set the search results to only show a certain time period and the earliest link I can find with the pic is some hungarian jfashion website?? But it doesn't seem like the original artist?

Does anyone know where/who this came from so I can be a good person and credit it in the slideshow?
