I'm looking at getting a petticoat soon, which one would you recommend? Trying to decide between these two (or both if my budget allows)

Would wearing a cupcake shaped petti under an A-line dress make it look silly? And vice versa.

I'm looking at getting into lolita maybe, but I also need a petticoat for some cosplays I have planned anyway. Cosplays are mainly cupcake shaped, but all the loli dresses I like are A-lines.
