Hey, I'd just like to clarify- is the sale/promotion price that comes up on this item and others (¥ 158.00 in this case) the price for everyone?

I would assume it is, considering that that's the price they're currently advertising... I was just wondering because it's still coming up at the regular price when I add it to my cart on TBN and I just wanted to make sure there was no special criteria I had to meet to get the sale or anything before I went and changed the prices in my cart.
