For me it's basically mixing the bimbo aesthetic (heavy make up, stilettos, platform heels, pink) with lolita, and i think it's interesting.
Also for me those very american-looking women overcooked in make up are kind of exotic and fascinating. They're like a twisted product of the "american dream".
