fucked up and posted in the old help thread. anyway, two questions:

1. how do i go about cosplaying characters with 'unrealistic' body proportions? eg. elins from tera are literally 12 year olds with nicki minaj's ass and thighs.

2. the dress in pic related is fucking me over. how would I go about making it? is it a dark dress with the white stuff on top or a white top with a black skirt underneath?
