Okay so at a recent AA I went to, I noticed a good number of artists having plastic charms that seemed to be made from the same place. Colors are a bit softened and has a slight powdery feel without any powder falling off. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and may have ideas where these artists have got theirs done? I can't believe I didn't ask at the time and just remembering now.

How many prints per piece would you recommend for someone new to artist's alley? I was thinking 2 sizes and 10 per each size.
