It's too close to the con to return it for a bigger size but even if I did I'd be swimming in the next size, I was so excited for this cosplay but I feel so hammy OTL

UGHHHH I feel you so bad. I have have a broad back and shoulders with long arms. I once ripped a whole on the arm pit of one of my blouses trying to reach for something. All pretty much all the sleeves on brand blouses ride up my arms and looks like I'm wearing something the shrunk in the wash.
