They're items from CONOMi's sister brand AneCONOMi. The style is focused on more mature, school influenced/inspired items using nostalgic detailing rather than typical nanchatte seifuku. I think their target market was more adults in the 20-27 bracket.

As far as I know, they haven't released any new items online for a while and I'm not sure what its current status is. According to google maps there is still a store in Shibuya, Jingumae but I don't know how up to date it is, the one review seems to suggest that the store has been closed.
