Another blazer. It doesn't look very costumy, but is definitely different from the standard. I think it's the three buttons combined with the brown that makes it so different.

these outfits i think are just considered regular lolita. in my opinion, "nanchatte seifuku" implies at least SOME adherence to uniform rules and even if you add other elements it needs to follow those rules in order to still be nanchatte. a "nanchatte inspired" outfit would look more like pic related since it still follows the basic elements (blazer, blouse, bow, skirt, etc) but strays from the traditional colors and patterns.

tldr; in my opinion these lolita outfits arent nanchatte seifuku at all, but rather preppy/seifuku lolita. but i could be wrong
