okay so i'm cosplaying shinji ikari, and i know it's a ridiculously simple costume.

as for his shoes, i got basic white chuck taylors that have a red and blue stripe. what i wanted to do was paint the middle part light gray and...idk what to do about the stripe, because i feel like it'll look obvious that i painted that part, but i wanted to get rid of that.

is it even worth it? should i just leave well enough alone?
