Well, I'm 99% positive that girl is wearing a relatively unaltered wig. It doesn't even look like it's been trimmed yet.

Basically, white guys trying to emulate Teru (see >>7175313) look usually end up looking silly, and the ones who don't look like they're in little kid's clothing because they're too masculine.

It's unfortunate, but it is what it is, I guess.
Though of course not all girls look good in it either, even if they're thin (which is even more important in Ouji than basically any other subcategory of lolita [NOT saying larger girls can't be cute and/or wear it if they want])
